I would like to install pstools on an embedded PC running Windows Embedded 8. The PC will be inside a device and the device will be shipped to its end users. The end users would typically not have access to the underlying Windows system (and in general, would not wish to access it).

The real users of the pstools will be our customer support department who will retain the Windows 8 administrator logins and passwords.
Does the EULA cover this?
