Subject: run windows run keys at low priority?

I think a lot of enterprises have the 'swarm' problem with slow windows 7 boots and logins. One process doesn't look like a resource hog, but there's several hundred boot processes instead of the stock 38 or so. I got this from the 2012 tech ed video "How many coffees does it take to boot windows".

Hey, Andre, do you know about a problem where only 1 trace.fx file ever appears in the prefetch/readyboot folder?
