Subject: Another PSExec Access Denied issue

Hello everyone. I believe I've read all I can about this issue and now need to expedite getting to a solution. What I am trying is this:
On machine A, I run psexec \\machineB c:\temp\t.bat
t.bat contains logic that includes going back to a share on machine A and deleting files on machine A. When the delete is attempted, the access denied error appears. I even changed it to just do a dir on the directory and I still get the access denied. psexec exists on both machines; I've run through the test checklist in step 2 of this article http://forum.sysinternals.com/topic15919.html and the user account I am running as is a domain admin that has full admin rights on both machines and to the share in question. At this point I am convinced it is something so simple that I am missing it due to overthinking. Any ideas?
Also, can I call Microsoft about issues with the PSTools? I have a IT Pro support pack.
Thanks,
Joe
