We have an issue here in our company. This is easily replicated so I wonder if this is known, or if not hopefully someone can help.

We have an issue here in our company. This is easily replicated so I wonder if this is known, or if not hopefully someone can help.
We have BGINFO shortcut in the startup folder, so it runs at startup when the user logs in. The BGINFO shortcut links the .bgi configuration file, which has our settings, with wallpaper set to stretched.
Users that change there DPI setting to anything above the standard %100 will sometimes see an issue where the Wallpaper is Tiled rather then Stretched (which is what we have it set as in our .BGI configuration file)
I'm still uncertain as to why this issue isn't seen at every login for those users that have different DPI settings, but if the issue is not seen for those users, I can replicated it by simply running the BGINFO, by clicking the shortcut in the startup folder.
What I notice when the issue happens is the font seem smaller then it would be if the issue was not seen, so I wonder if this is where it is struggling??
