After more research i have discovered srv.sys is involved with file system processes.
Analyze deeper the system i have found there are a lot of requests from some clients on the network to the server.
Checking those clients have discovered the Expiro Virus that's probably the cause of this problem.
I've cleaned them and the problem has gone away.
