In my case this problems shows when I tried to copy some file over the network. After some 10 seconds the download failed. In my case uninstalling and restarting computer helped. Maybe is better to download new drivers for the network card and reinstall the old one even if they are the same.
You can also try to reset IP - but that did not helped me, maybe for somebody else :-)
