Troubleshooting : Delete large 2 terrabyte file

thanks for your reply.

Yes, I can rename the file.
VSS is disabled.
Nothing locks that file.

The server is a dedicated on (hosted by Hetzner). So it is not easy to boot from cd...
So I tried MoveFile "XX ""
That means, it should be deleted on next start.

Now, I'm waiting two days, the server doesn't respond any more. Could it be possible that this deleting processes doesn't come to an end, too??
