Hi Guys,
re installed process explorer, run elevated, (the good news is the "no signature thing looks ok now.) but now it shows that 50 percent of my CPU is being used.
checked the "sys info" and it looks like 25% of each core being used.
procexp, has bursts of 25 to 30 % usage. all my other machines show minimal use of cores when machines are not in use.
any clues how to search archives, what key word should i search for?? ( i am sure this has happened before)
