Subject: No Log in Capability after running Autoruns

I urgently need help. As a naïve user, I ran Autoruns on my wife's PC and got overzealous in disabling items which I felt were benign enough. When I rebooted however I no long had use of my keyboard or mouse so can not even log in to the PC to re-enable those items I disabled. Keyboard works during the boot but after I receive the log in screen my keyboard shows to be locked. As a result I'm locked out of my wife's PC and may yet be locked out of the house and in the dog house if I don't get it functional. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.![Confused]( "Confused")
