I'm bumping this thread in order to mark it as a feature request. Windows 7 Resource Monitor has wait chain analysis (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/matt_pietrek/archive/2009/04/17/analyze-wait-chain-why-is-my-program-stuck.aspx). So should procexp.
