Is it possible to programmatically drive input to the secure desktop? The SDK used to promote journaling hook functions to capture the keyboard and mouse. Since these facilities are abused they have been deprecated. Modern code that wants to use this facility, for good purposes, has the ability to under certain circumstances. These are that the program is digitally signed, that it is installed in a secure location and that it is marked in the manifest as a UI accessibility program.

I would like to know that if I adhere to the following requirements can I then use SendInput API to send mouse location and click information to UAC prompts on or off the secure desktop?
