It is not possible to use Autoruns in the way you describe.
Your friend can create an .arn file with the Save command on the File menu, send you this and you can open it from the File menu. However the .arn files are read only. They can't be used to roll back the system to the saved state. You cannot add or remove entries, send it back and apply it to your friend's system.
As Ron suggests you can also give your friend a script which uses autorunsc to produce reports. You could then use Excel or Powershell to analyse these.
Most of the items Autoruns reports are registry keys so you could send .reg files to your friend to make the modifications. To emulate the effect of disabling with Autoruns you would need to create an AutorunsDisabled subkey to save the previous value.
