Subject: ProcMon.exe immediately exits after start

Hi,
I am trying to run procmon.exe on my Win7 x64 environment, but the process exits immediately after starting, not even procmon.exe -? works.
Any idea where this is loged? I do not get an error message on the commandline, and no eventlog entry.
When I try to run it in Dependency Walker, I get the following exception in the log:
Second chance exception 0xC000001D (Illegal Instruction) occurred in "GDI32.DLL" at address 0x77590096.
Exited "PROCMON.EXE" (process 0x25B4) with code -1073741795 (0xC000001D).
Entrypoint reached. All implicit modules have been loaded.
Any ideas?
