Please help ... Disk2VHD is not working at all as expected and putting my SBS2003-SBS2011 migration on hold due to inability to complete P2V conversion of SBS Server.
Using Disk2VHD with the following settings.

For a server with following disk system.

Gives a VHD file that looks like the following.

Virtual machine boots showing the Windows SBS 2003 startup screen but then blue screens due to primary partition being blank.
Can someone please advise how to get this tools to work as desired .. ie. copy 2 of the 3 partitions with data intact.
