Does anyone know why csrss maps a view of section into a new process with "read and execute" protection?

Does anyone know why csrss maps a view of section into a new process with "read and execute" protection?
I think that section is used for passing "long" csrsrv messages, but why is it executable?
Does it sometimes send code to execute?
