Subject: System unable to find path on elevation?

Hey guys (and girls),
I was wondering if anyone has run into the issue of 7 Pro complaining that it can't find the specified path on elevation in Autoruns? I usually keep UAC turned off so I'm just now figuring it out. But, I turned UAC on for some reason, can't remember why, anyway when I cut the UAC on and tried to elevate in autoruns it wouldn't run as admin. It just told me it couldn't find the specified path. So, I reinstalled it and same deal. If someone could give me a hint as to where I could look other than event viewer, and procmon it'd be super duper fly... Image may be NSFW.
