Subject: Dump Inc - The application was unable to start...

I followed a few of the FAQs and the like, verified that I have a Path setup, nuked the registry directory, etc, everything looks good there. And I went ahead with a crash dump to see if anything looked obvious and I couldn't figure it out, so here it is. I guess the only line that sticks out for me is: Application "\??\C:\Users\User1\AppData\Local\Temp\procexp64.exe" not found in cache

Anyway, I had recently installed Visual Studio on this machine and the Windbg utilities, so after taking the dump I uninstalled both of them and still get this error.
Oh, and I get the same error when running Process Monitor.
