I've just reverted to my old version (14.01) shortly after updating to 15.40, because of something that for me is a showstopper bug/feature.
When I see odd behaviour on my system, I often bring up the Process Explorer window and check out the performance graph for any problem processes (e.g. high CPU or I/O usage).
This has become unreliable with 15.40 (possibly the behaviour changed in between this version and 14.01?). When I bring up the Performance Graph tab on a process now, quite often it's at THAT point that procexp starts to collect data - not when the process is born. This is a bit hopeless really... (It also means that although I have a column dedicated to CPU history in the main window, it doesn't get populated for some/all processes until after they've been viewed individually in the Performance Graph tab.)
I'm not sure what the heck is up here. Am I missing something or is this a new feature, or indeed a fresh bug?
thanks in advance!
Neil
