Subject: PSEXESVC Acces denied

Hallo,
Im trying atm to start the cmd with system rights.
So I try using PSExec.exe
So if I open the cmd and say "PsExec.exe -i -s -d cmd"
It says " Coudln't install PSEXSVC service: Acces denied"
Can someone helpe me fixing that?
