Hi everyone,
Just wanted to add to this thread that I'm also experiencing what appears to be this exact same crash semi-regularly (~couple of times a week).
I'm also running ProcExp v15.40 and when the crash occurs the Exception Code is always "0xc0000374" while the Fault Offset is always "0xc4322".
Below I've enclosed a copy of the latest crash summary:
Unfortunately, I've yet to find a way to reliably reproduce it.
