Subject: Process Explorer Not Showing Program Icons

I used to be able to just browse the list of processes in Process Explorer and quickly find a program by the program's icon.
But for some reason many of the programs no longer show the program's icon, just a bland white icon with a blue top margin. So Firefox doesn't show the cute Red/Orange/Blue icon, just a bland white box.
Any suggestions to get back the nice icons?
Using Process Explorer 15.22 on Windows XP SP3.
