Subject: Can this show what force-kills tasks at PowerOff?

I am trying to track down the lousy piece of garbage that is force-killing most all my tasks within 1 second of pressing the PowerOff button:

including, apparently, your own task!
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to appear in an un-filtered capture. Is there something that I can turn on to see what task is doing this, so I can NO-OP it?! Thankx...
