This script does not make sense.

First variables DontShowWindow, WaitUntilFinished are not defined.

You export the registry values as 64bit then import it as 32bit, why?? 

Then you are converting the date stored in the registry to a human readable from UTC but the date is already stored in the registry in human readable form, so that is un-needed.

Just trying to understand how this is working? -WS
