I agree 100% with malorn, I ran into this same issue myself. I can agree with the eula being shown each time, but regarding or regardless of U.S. legislation the ability to accept eula without preventing the running of this utility, should be documented.
I tried to find a means of communicating with someone who has the power to perhaps add this to the FAQ.
I am certain that many other people find the need to run this as a one-time operation (or recurringly) to gather data from multiple machines on a common network location, and for automated runs, having the eula block the operations took me quite a while to figure out. Therefore I feel the faq should include something like:
- autoruns or autorunsc hangs on first run
- autorunsc wont run in scripts
- autorunsc scripts wont rerun after updating autorunsc on network drive (probably new eula - no run)
But ty for this info, it made it possible to run it.
