Hello,
Subject: procexp.exe does not seem to work, with priority

Hello,
I would like to lower the priority of an application, qemu.exe, version 0.11.0.
So I ran SysInternals procexp.exe ver 15.40 as admin. Then I changed the priority of qemu to idle 4.
Then I ran prime95 stress test. I would expect that the prime95 stress test would take priority, eating up 90+% of the cpu and that qemu, in idle mode, would take very little.
However, when I changed qemu to idle priority, it remained at about 23% cpu.
Is there some trick to lower qemu priory to unused idle?
Thanks!
