Process Explorer : VirusTotal - no connection with server

I am using version 16.01 and have enabled VirusTotal. However, the VirusTotal field for each process (which I added to the view) shows "A connection with the server could not be established".

I can access the VirusTotal.com web site, and I have agreed to the terms.

How can I correct this problem?
