In 16.01 I am still seeing the "JSON object could not be decoded" message in the VirusTotal column for all processes when Process Explorer is started on a German Windows 7 Professional x64. Checking a single file shows a result, but it's not working all the time. On a restart even the ones, that were working are showing the error again. It is fine on an English Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Also I need to select "Submit Unknown Executables" twice before it is shown as enabled.
