Subject: Portable file download is corrupt?

Hello folks! I have tried six ways to Sunday to download the portable version of Process Explorer 16 and then install it. The installation fails every time with a message that the file is corrupt. In looking at the log, it looks like the app is coming directly from live.sysinternals.com, although I cannot find the zip file at that location that is mentioned in the failed installation message. I am trying to download the file from Portable Apps and directly from Source Forge, but neither way works. Is Process Explorer no longer going to be available as a portable app? Thanks in advance for any help!
