I just tried it and it worked fine for me (version 16.0.1).

I just tried it and it worked fine for me (version 16.0.1).
The routine probably uses the default handler (URI) for HTTP requests; you may want to launch Start/Run, then type in something like "http://www.google.com" and see if it does the same thing there too.
