Subject: VirusTotal - no connection with server

I can't get the quick links to work on my system (XP SP3 with Firefox). According to various reviews, "The detection ratio links will take you to the VirusTotal web site to read more information about the specific process." This is not happening for me and was wondering if anyone knows what the problem might be.
