Subject: psexec - do not close window

hi, just starting out with psexec.
Probably have a silly question but I just cannot find the answer.
What I'm trying to is to check members of Administrators group on machine and then add one.
I've got this bat file:
set /p ip=Please enter destination IP address:
psexec \\%ip% net localgroup Administrators
It executes OK with error 0 showing members but then the window closes.
How can I make it so the window doesn't close but stays on C:\Windows\system32> so I can type another command manually?
