Thanks Mike, you are a lifesaver

I am using http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/us/en/04/KCS/KcsArticles/ArticleView?docid=590895 ... but 4 images on step 4 are all blank

Drivers are sending me around the bend.
So many choices, and some primary links lead to multiple choices and no definitive guide what I need or not.
Dell belongs to my 42yr old daughter ... I put my hand up to help ... the things we do for love
