Subject: Junctions

I presume this is Windows 8 or 8.1. I'd prefer to use one of the following methods rather than risk messing up with junction.
For Documents, Pictures etc., you can right click , select Properties and you will find a Location tab where you can specify where you want your folder to be.

You could also use the Libraries feature to change the default save location but Microsoft seem to be hiding this in Windows 8.

It's not clear exactly what your question is. In any case, there is now a mklink command included is Windows which will perform the function of junction.

Both mklink and junction need to be entered in an Administrator command prompt. If you are not familiar with this, see the second part of this article.
