This is because although 4.20 is updated, the update unfortunately added more bugs than fixes. We have begged and begged for this software to be updated and there are about 30 features that many would like to have added. I think we are out of luck. Maybe your MS Premier Support can get Mark to re-look at this software and spend some time on it, fixing it and adding some features. Fingers Crossed. Please post back what MS tells you. Thanks -WS
