The stack for one of your crash conditions appears to be the same as what I've reported back in 2012 as an out of memory condition in VMMap. I've sent an email, etc and nothing came of it. So, I haven't used the tool since.

If we'll get a fix that would be great. Otherwise, try using UMDH instead: it is very powerful.
