Process Explorer : Find Memory hog

Hi all

Im running server 2008 for lab practice and the machine has 4GB ram, Ram is currently at 100% and its running verrry sllooowly  so much so I cant do any wotk with it.

I have checked the processes and services but nothing looks out of place.  I cant find the offender.

its all just microsoft and intel processes running.

I need to find out whats taking all my ram.

Anybody have expereince with this
