Subject: Unable to start Process Explorer

I, too, have been trying to solve this problem for a couple of months and seem finally to have fixed it by logging in to the programme as administrator; this despite the fact that my personal accont is an administrator account.
Is there any explanation for this? Can I rest the programme to avoid the need to log inas administrator?![Confused]( "Confused")
