Happens on every Win8.1 machine I've tried, but it's the worst on tablets that are docking and undocking all the time.

Happens on every Win8.1 machine I've tried, but it's the worst on tablets that are docking and undocking all the time.
It seems as if BGInfo is forcing Tiled when ever it updates.
