Subject: procmon v3.10 Can't Open Help File

1. Windows 7 x64 SP1.
2. Sysinternals suite located at "c:\Program Files\Sysinternals".
3. procmon.exe version "3.10".
4. Downloaded Sysinternals suite, unblocked .zip file, extracted .zip file (using Windows) into above location.
5. Process Monitor > "Help" > "Help...".
6. "Unable to open help file".
Is there a fix for this problem?
