Subject: Can't find TID. High explorer.exe CPU use.

Hi, so I have a problem with explorer.exe, for some reason it's always at about 25% CPU usage during idle, then as I open folders and do stuff, it keeps going higher and higher until I have to close it, as my CPU usage reaches 100%.

I used Process Explorer to try to guess what's going on and this is what I get:

So what I wanted to do is go to Process Monitor and filter by excluding everything that isn't TID 4948, but nothing shows up.

I've been all day trying to find a solution as to why this is happening. I've scanned with Malwarebytes PRO, TDSKiller, Malwarebytes AntiRootkit, went on Clean Mode (disabled all non Microsoft services)... same thing.
If I go in safe mode tho, this doesn't happen and explorer behaves normal at quiet CPU usage at around 0% as it should be.

Any help please?
