Subject: RamMap Driver Locked

My computer all of sudden started using 95-99% of its physical memory doing nothing. So I downloaded RamMap and it says that over 7GB of memory is being used by "Driver Locked." I have no idea what that means but looking around people say it's because of VMWare or some kind of SQL issues.

Only problem is I don't have either of those things (at least to my knowledge) on this computer. So either I'm looking at the wrong things or this is something else entirely. Does anyone have any idea?
