Troubleshooting : RAMMap "Empty standby list"

Sorry to dig out this thread, but it's very interesting.

I have problems with Windows with memory for such a long time, but it wasn't such an issue. This issue, came up with my new PC with i5 4670K, GTX 770, 8 GB of ram and SSD 240GB. I thought that such a machine would fly off EVEN with Windows. But it wasn't true. My first days with Windows 7 was like OK, it was running fast, sometimes little slowdown, but it was ok. But after a few months, it became hardly usable. Maybe I am exaggerating (sorry for my spelling I am from PL), but it was like 2-3 times slower. My RAM was super fast loaded up with "SUPER feature of windows" - superfetch. I see that in my eyes the memory gone off, and I have moded my Windows to be faster, so on stock it was even worse. On Windows 8.X I don't see such a problems, even with buffering memory, but I don't like it, and it has some serious issues with administrators privileges so I can't do my job, and always UAC is turning on (even with off), saying like "Do you want blablabla".

I discovered a month ago RamMap - super utility and tool to free my ram without this 'ram boosters' which only loaded up system to slowdown. But I want it to run in commandline to load it for example after 2 hours of my work. 

I use all 5 options to free RAM - it's for a while freezing a program, but I turn on 2 instances to do it fast.

So will nt cache set resolve my problems ? I must to read it out, but as far as I read I like it :D.

It will be very useful, to eliminate in some way this irritaing windows problem. Can it be also use on Windows 8 ?

If I disable superfetch and prefetch even on SSD, it going to slowdown sometimes to a crawl. It's for me really not acceptable, but THAT'S WINDOWS
