Subject: yellow file not found can be found

The yellow markers say ''File not found" and yet, seeing the path location being given one would think that if you go there you will not find the file. But no, the file does exist. So what exactly is being referred to here by ''file not found''? I don't get it. I have 7 such entries where the file does exist and only one where nothing is there, no path or anything except an 'autorun' entry.
Also would it be safe to delete this one autorun entry that is indeed empty?
