the trace is corrupted. Have you used the 8.0 SDK/WPT? For Win8.1, you need the 8.1 SDK/WPT:

The SYSTEM usage comes from your Intel HD driver (igdkmd64.sys). Look for a driver update.

from what I see the rundll32.exe usage comes from the idle maintenance scheduled task which runs when you leave the PC idle. You can disable this task if you want to stop it.
