Hi.
I'm trying to find help on resolving a problem with a Microsoft process showing as unverified.
I checked with system internals process explorer and Microsoft Livecomm.exe process was showing as unsigned. At the time I was running Microsoft Windows 8.1 that I had downloaded from the Microsoft Store.
I reinstalled windows 8, checked with process explorer, Livecomm.exe was showing as verified.
I upgraded to Windows 8.1, checked process explorer, Livecomm.exe was showing as NOT verified!
As Windows 8.1 was installing a message came up stating 'Universal Unique Identifier is not supported' and something about group policy.
My question is how do I make sure Livecomm.exe is verified?
