I find a large number of Logon entries which are underlined in yellow.

1/ What does that mean, in contrast to pink underlining ? I ask because I did not find an answer on the website here.

2/ I am worried because of the following entries which are underlined in yellow and which appeared recently.

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\AlternateShell 
File not found: cmd.exe

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell           
File not found: explorer.exe

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\VmApplet           
File not found : runddll

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\rdpwd\StartupPrograms           
File not found: rdpclip

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components           
Microsoft Windows Media Player            File not found: advpack.dll
Mise à jour du Bureau Windows            File not found: shell32.dll
Personnalisation du navigateur            File not found: IEDKCS32.DLL

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Protocols\Filter           
application/octet-stream            File not found: mscoree.dll
application/x-complus            File not found: mscoree.dll
application/x-msdownload            File not found: mscoree.dll

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\Components

3/ If I go to the Everyting entry I get two or three pages full of yellow entries for
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services    , for instance a douzen drivers entries such as
Disk            File not found: system32\DRIVERS\disk.sys

HKLM\Software\Classes\CLSID\{AC757296-3522-4E11-9862-C17BE5A1767E}\Instance           
{0131BE10-2001-4C5F-A9B0-CC88FAB64CE8}            File not found: windowscodecs.dll
and some other 20 (?) yellowed entries for windowscodecs.dll

The dll for printer drivers are yellowed.

kerberos            File not found: kerberos
msv1_0            File not found: msv1_0
schannel            File not found: schannel
wdigest            File not found: wdigest

4/ When I tried to uninstall a program RevoUninstaller was not able to create a system restore point which I find suspicious. Is this linked to those errors ?

How to remedy all of that ?
Could the trying out of an ubuntu live usb be the reason  for all those errors ?
