Subject: "System" processes downloading

Just in the past few days, I've noticed TCPView has been detecting these odd "System" processes that are constantly downloading.
I can't delete the processes within TCPView and have run Spybot and other Mal-ware removal programs. They aren't detecting anything.
I have limited internet usage so I really want to stop my computer from downloading whatever it's downloading.
