Hi,

I'm having exactly the same Problem but i do not have installed Veem.
I'm running an Server 2012 R2 (was Upgraded from Windows Server 2008 R2).
Beside of the CPU Usage (Consumes allmost 1 of 4 Cores) is that Windows Update no longer working. If i check für updates it never completes the Status "checking for updates..."

Using Process Explorer Shows :
Service svchost.exe ; associated Service of Thread = Profsvc ; Start Adress is: wbemcore.dll!DllCanUnloadNow+0xa78

Any advise / Ideas ?
Thanx in advamce
Chris
