GrofLuigi's post brings up a good question...
was the software Uninstalled prior to the process monitor trace that was posted?
(obviously per your prior post the error is occurring; however, this info is just another piece of info so that we know what we are looking at in the process monitor trace)
one additional question... when you "saved" the process monitor trace, did you select "all events" or leave the default "events displayed using current filter" ?... I suspect "all events" but just want to make sure...
