Seems to be an issue with BGinfo on surface Pro 3's with the new high resolution. Ive got a background the same res as the pro 2160x1440. If I apply this image as a background on a pro it fits perfect wether stretch, tile are selected. If I run the same using BGinfo to add text its forcing the image smaller & tiling. I have set it to stretch but it still tiles. This BGinfo and backgrounds work fine on 2200 desktops & laptops of 1080p or lower res but not on these new 2160x1440.
